Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups gram flour


  • 1 cups chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp rai


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp red chili and salt


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 cups oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients make a thin paste using 2 cup water
  • Pour batter in microwave bowl
  • Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove it and beat the batter now. Again, cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. Remove it again and beat it again. For the last time, cook for 1 minute in the microwave and beat.
  • Now grease a plate and spread the kothimbir Vadi in 1 inch thick layer. Leave for 20 to 30 minute
  • When kothimbir Vadi completely cool down cut in rectangle shape.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry all kothimbir Vadi until Golden in colour
  • Now kothimbir Vadi ready to serve with tomato ketchup and chutney.
